Grievance officer
Ravi Agarwal, Director · +91 87545 39378 · +91 92177 10588
We acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and resolve it within 21 days. Where that isn't possible, we'll tell you why and what happens next.
Raise a complaint
Thank you. Your complaint has reached us.
Step 2: the manufacturer
If your complaint is about a scheme or account, the fund house, portfolio manager, AIF manager or IFSC fund has its own investor service desk, and we'll route you to it and stay in the loop.
Step 3: the regulator
- Mutual funds, PMS, AIF: SEBI's complaints platform, SCORES (scores.sebi.gov.in), and the online dispute resolution portal SMART ODR (smartodr.in) if the SCORES outcome doesn't resolve it.
- Insurance: the insurer's grievance redressal officer first, then IRDAI's Bima Bharosa portal (bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in), then the Insurance Ombudsman for your region.
- GIFT City funds: the fund manager's own complaint process, which IFSCA requires it to publish on its website under "Complaint Handling and Grievance Redressal". If the complaint is still unresolved after that, you can take it to IFSCA, whose grievance channel is listed on ifsca.gov.in.
- Personal data: the Data Protection Board of India, after you've written to our grievance officer under the privacy policy.
What to include
Your name, the product or account, what happened and when, what you've already done, and what outcome you want. Keep any statements or screenshots handy; the grievance officer may ask for them on WhatsApp.
